ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A reported racial attack of three UAlbany students on a CDTA bus is getting the attention of at least one presidential candidate.
On Thursday night Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted: “There is no excuse for racism and violence on a college campus.”

Clinton is referring to three women who claimed a handful of white students punched them and yelled racial slurs. But sources close to the case tell NEWS10ABC, the alleged victims may not have told the whole truth.
They say the one of alleged victims actually threw the first punch and no racial slurs could be heard on surveillance cameras from inside the bus.
