ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Investigations into the homicide on Sunday morning are ongoing. The Albany Police Department has confirmed a 30-year-old victim has passed away at the Albany Medical Center.

The incident reportedly took place at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday in the area of North Swan Street and Third Street. Officers located evidence consistent with gunfire.
