NEW SCOTLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Albany County Sheriff has identified the victim of a fatal stabbing in the town of New Scotland as 35-year-old Philip Rabadi.
He was found dead inside his Miller Road home early in the morning on Wednesday, April 13. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
The sheriff’s office has not released the name of any suspects. They said there is no threat to the public, and the investigation is ongoing.
