WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The City of Watervliet has posted a Snow Emergency for Thursday, Dec. 17 starting at 7 a.m. based on the amount of snow. All residents should keep their cars off city streets to clean the streets from curb to curb.
When the street you reside on is being cleared, any cars left on the streets during this snow emergency will be towed to complete the cleanup.
