ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new, affordable housing development opened Wednesday on Central Avenue in Albany.
The development sits near the intersection of Central Avenue and Manning Boulevard. It consists of 74 affordable housing units and nearly 21,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
The building also features 20 supportive homes for families and individuals with special needs.
In total, the cost of the project exceeded $25 million.
