ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new addition has opened in downtown Albany. Hyatt Place Hotel officially opened its doors.
Albany officials held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday. The $40 million investment is on Montgomery Street as part of the Quackenbush Square Development Project.
The 110-room building is the first hotel built from the ground up to open in downtown Albany in almost 20 years.
