GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Police are investigating a serious crash that took place in Guilderland on Friday night. The accident occurred at the intersection of Western Avenue and Willow Street.

On September 1 at 8:01 p.m., the Guilderland Police Department responded to the area of the River of Life Church on Western Avenue for reports of a crash. According to police, multiple people involved in the crash were transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

Western Avenue was closed in both directions between Willow Street and State Route 146 for several hours. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
