GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) — John Ferrara, 55, of Feura Bush, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Ferrara was convicted of predatory sexual assault against a child.

According to the indictment, Ferrara engaged in sexual conduct against a female child between the ages of 5 and 8 at the time of the offenses. The indictment alleges the conduct occurred between February 1, 2016, and June 4, 2018, at a residence in the Village of Green Island.
