ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Albany County Sheriff’s Department announced that another illegal handgun was found. Deputies removed the loaded gun from the streets of Albany.

Albany County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer said, “Sadly it’s become a common practice but we will continue to work hard keeping our capital safe.”

The handgun was recovered after a traffic stop.
