Here are some of the snowfall reports from around the region…. again the “upslope” & “downslope” / “shadow” that resulted with the VERY STRONG easterly flow…. clearly affected who saw how much snow….

The wind is starting to pick up in spots…. and will be an issue once again tonight & Tuesday…. but the wind will NOT be as strong as what we experienced in parts of Rensselaer, Bennington, Berkshire Counties back on Sunday night / early Monday morning….

The Futurecast shows partly sunny skies for Tuesday…. it’ll be windy and much colder once again….

forecast highs will be in the single digits and teens in the Adirondacks versus the mid & upper 20s south of Albany….

The Futurecast shows a system coming in for Wednesday…. snow showers to the north & west…. high temperatures will be in the 30s….
