ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Bands and singers announce their return to the Capital Region all year long. From rock to country to folk music, there’s quite a variety of genres that any music lover would enjoy.

Here are the upcoming concerts scheduled around the Capital Region.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra, November 30

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be performing at the MVP Arena on November 30 as a part of their “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve — The Best of TSO & More” tour. Tickets will go on sale to the public starting on Friday, September 16 at 10 a.m. Tickets will be available on the Ticketmaster website or at the MVP Arena Box Office.

Lindsey Stirling, December 6

Electric violinist Lindsey Stirling is set to perform at the Palace Theatre in Albany on December 6 as part of her “Snow Waltz Tour.” Tickets go on sale on September 16 at 10 a.m. You can buy tickets on the Ticketmaster website.

Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime, December 28

Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime is set to perform at Putnam Place in Saratoga Springs on December 28 from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The band will be performing with special guests Joe Samba and Brett Wilson. Tickets are on sale on the Putnam Place website.

The rock band moe. is set to perform at the Palace Theatre in Albany on February 24 and 25. The band is best known for their songs “Nebraska,” “Silver Sun,” and “In A Big Country.”You can buy tickets on the Ticketmaster website.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are making their way to Albany. They are scheduled to perform on March 14, 2023 at the MVP Arena. The Verified Fan Onsale is set to begin Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. You can register for a chance to buy tickets on the Ticketmaster Verified Fan website.

Old Dominion, April 14, 2023

Country band Old Dominion is set to perform at MVP Arena on April 14, 2023, at 7 p.m. The band is best known for its songs “Snapback,” “Break Up with Him,” and “One Man Band.” Tickets go on sale on October 28 at 10 a.m. You can buy tickets on the Ticketmaster website.

John Mellencamp has announced he’ll be hitting the road in 2023 for a five-month “Live and in Person” tour. The Albany show will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Tickets range from just under $50 to $139.50 and go on-sale Friday, October 7 at 10 a.m. 

Dead & Company, June 17 and 18, 2023

Dead & Company is set to perform at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) on both June 17 and June 18 in 2023. This comes after they canceled their concert at SPAC on July 6. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 14 at 10 a.m. You can buy tickets on the Ticketmaster website.

Platinum-selling singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy is coming to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on June 19 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 28, at 10 a.m.

Matchbox Twenty, July 30, 2023

Matchbox Twenty is set to perform at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on July 30, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. The band is best know for their songs “Unwell” and “Push.” You can purchase tickets on the LiveNation website.
