SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — After nearly a month since the outage began, internet service has been restored to the South Glens Falls Central School District.
The school district shut down the internet service on December 19 after unauthorized activity was found on their server. Students were without internet for five days prior to the holiday break, which took place from Dec. 23 through Jan. 2, district officials said.
Officials said no district information was compromised. The FBI is currently working with the school district to investigate the incident further.
