Tuesday would be Craig Frear's 22nd birthday, but the young man from the Town of Glenville has been missing for more than four years.
Frear was seventeen-years-old when he disappeared. That night he left a girl's apartment at Cambridge Manor in Scotia, and was last seen walking along nearby railroad tracks.
He was upset over some personal problems, but state police believe he met with harm - as they put it - not suicide or accidental death.
"There is not five minutes that goes by that you don't think of him," father Bill Frear said Monday.
Mother Ronnie Frear said, "Yeah, like [Tuesday] is his birthday and I will be hugging the phone all day, just like I did the other three years. I mean, I know, but you just do it,"
State police have come up with renderings of what Craig Frear might look like today, and investigators are asking anyone with information to make a confidential call to the State Police's Troop G Headquarters.
