NEWS10 in the Classroom: Apps to use for school

Posted:

There are several apps that can be added to smartphones and tablets as kids head back to school.

One example is Evernote which saves notes and keeps them organized. It also stores notes in the cloud, so the notes can be accessed on any device that has internet connection.

Study Blue is a tool for students to reinforce what they're learning in the classroom. It can be used to make custom flashcards, or a child can use flashcards that other students have made for a variety of subjects.

Graphing calculators are also available as a downloadable app.
