Albany Police set up perimeter to arrest wanted parolee

ALBANY, N.Y. - Albany Police say they arrested a parolee after setting up a perimeter on several streets. 

On Wednesday around 9:30 a.m., Albany Police officers spotted a man who was wanted on a parole violation. Police say there was a warrant out for his arrest.  

Officers say they had to set up a perimeter on Orange Street and Clinton Avenue.

The man, identified as Robert Kite of Albany was found in the area and taken into custody.
