ALBANY, N.Y.—The New York State Department of Transportation advised motorists of lane closure on the Patroon Island Bridge.
Lanes will be closed on the bridge carrying Interstate 90 over the Hudson River between Rensselaer and Albany counties.
The lane closures will be on Friday, June 11 at 8 p.m. and continue until Monday, July 14 at 5:30 a.m. During this time the eastbound side of Patroon Island Bridge will be completely closed to traffic.
Ramps from south and northbound Interstate 787 to eastbound I-90 and the I-90 exit 7 off ramps will also be closed beginning at 6p.m. Friday.
The closures are taking place in order for the concrete bridge deck to be replaced.
