SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A former town justice is expected to appear in court on charges of reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
William Reynolds, 56, was arrested in March, after concerned neighbors say he was firing his shotgun in the neighborhood.
When police responded and questioned him, they say Reynolds was uncooperative. He was arrested, charged, and he later resigned from his position.
He is due in Schenectady City Court at 1:30 p.m.
