Lawmakers, leaders, begin anti-violence trolley service for kids

Posted: Updated:
ALBANY, N.Y. - Local lawmakers and community leaders kicked off the Safe Summer Trolley Program for Kids on Tuesday.

The program is called "Enough," and it's meant to spread the message of anti-violence while bringing kids to and from parks and pools in the city.

Local leaders say that if they can help be a positive influence to the kids, then they can help change the community.

The trolley will run from the JC Club at 63 Quail Street to the Oak Street Park, Livingston Park, and Swineburne Park. It is scheduled to leave at 11:30 Monday through Friday.
