TROY, N.Y. - The Fourth of July comes early to the collar city as a planned firework display will light up the sky following the "Rockin' on the River" concert.
On Wednesday evening, Troy Mayor Rosamilia says they're anticipating thousands of people to visit the downtown to enjoy both the concert and the fireworks.
For those who would like to attend, fireworks can be watched from the Riverfront Park, as well as other locations.
The "Rockin' on the River" concert starts at 5 p.m. Wednesday evening in the Green Island Bridge parking lot. Super 400 and Wild Adriatic will be playing.
