Former Rapper pleads guilty to tax fraud


ALBANY, N.Y.—A Clifton Park man pleaded guilty in Albany County Court Tuesday morning.

Peter Nash, 47, also known as, “Prime Minister Pete Nice”, pleaded guilty to one count of Criminal Tax Fraud.

Nash failed to file New York State Personal Income Taxes between April 15, 2010 and April 15, 2012 for the tax years of 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Nash was sentenced to up to three years’ probation. In addition, he paid restitution to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance in the amount of $13,101.
