ALBANY, N.Y. - A New York State assembly member from Manhattan is now an office holder, but without an office.
Micah Kellner has lost his offices, both in Albany and Manhattan, as punishment for continuing to ignore the rules after he was found to have violated the chamber's sexual harassment policies.
Kellner, a Manhattan Democrat, is not seeking reelection. He has been left with a laptop to do his work.
He has denied the harassment allegations.
