A brand new facility is being constructed to better serve Limbaugh Toyota customers.
Birmingham, Ala. (PRWEB) June 26, 2014
Limbaugh Toyota breaks ground with construction of a new facility designed to better serve its growing customer base this month. The new building will be ready in spring 2015, located adjacent to the existing dealership, will include an expanded new car showroom, an expanded service center, and an updated customer lounge.
We are very excited to undertake this new project, said Bruce Limbaugh, Owner and President. This new, state-of-the-art facility is being built to better serve our loyal customers. We have outgrown our current facilities and its now time to build a bigger and better dealership.
Limbaugh Toyota will remain open for business throughout the construction period. Lathan Associates Architects and JohnsonKreis Construction will be working on the build. The project consists of an additional 40,000 square feet of space that will be used primarily by the new car and service departments. Approximately five acres of additional land were secured on which to construct the new building. The total cost of the new building and land is approximately $7 million. Local companies Lathan Associates Architects and Johnson-Kreis Construction have been selected to design and construct the project.
The City of Birmingham provided Limbaugh Toyota with a package of incentives that recognizes the dealerships contributions to the City. The project also qualified for benefits through the State of Alabama New Market Tax Credit program.
Limbaugh Toyota is conveniently located at 2200 Avenue T, Birmingham, AL, 35218. For additional information, please visit http://www.LimbaughToyota.com or call (205) 780-0500.
