ALBANY, N.Y.—An underage drinking initiative in Albany led police to four arrests.
Eighteen stores were checked for compliance as part of an investigation.
Volunteers under 21 years old were sent into the stores to try to have the employee sell or serve the minor alcohol.
Four people from businesses in Guilderland and Colonie were arrested as a result.
State Police said they applaud the rest of the businesses for their support in preventing underage drinking.
