SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Schenectady Police Department has located a man with dementia who had gone missing Monday.

Police said 58-year-old Thomas Baker was last seen between 1-2 p.m. Monday near his home on Strong Street.

Baker suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a red hat, blue zip up jacket with a white shirt and blue shorts.

Police said Baker has been known to frequent the area of Central Park Ponds and has driven there in the past.
