Man sentenced for breaking into home, stealing jewelry
ALBANY, N.Y. - A Middle Grove man has been sentenced to state prison after pleading guilty to a felony.
According to District Attorney P. David Soares, Sean Descisciolo, 30, was sentenced to two and one third years to seven years in State Prison on Tuesday morning.
On June 17, Descisciolo pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in the third degree, a felony.
On August 9, 2013, Descisciolo unlawfully entered a residence on Mason Lane in the Town of New Scotland and stole jewelry from the homeowner. When arrested by officers, he confessed to stealing the jewelry.
