QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – A taxi cab driver is accused of causing a three car accident in Warren County.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 9:30 a.m. on Monday. The sheriff’s office responded to the scene on Quaker Road, east of Quaker Ridge Boulevard.

Authorities say a taxi cab, operated by 28-year-old J L Flewelling, rear ended a Honda operated by Mark Williams, 58. The Honda then pushed forward into a motorcycle, operated by 18-year-old Robert Newton.

Flewelling was issued a traffic ticket for following too closely.

Williams was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
