WATERFORD, N.Y. – Waterford Town Police say they arrested a woman who had a BAC more than twice the legal limit.
According to police, on Sunday around 1:15 a.m., a police officer observed a vehicle violate several vehicle and traffic laws. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated with a .20-percent BAC.
Police say they arrested Andrea Carpenter, 44, of Cohoes. She has been charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, reckless driving, refusal to take a breath test, failing to keep right, and driving on the shoulder.
