ALBANY, N.Y.—A kick off to an Albany tradition, Alive at Five concert series will be underway Thursday evening.
The free concert series started back in 1990 and continues to bring exciting and electric artists to the Capital Region each summer.
Opening up the series is Los Angeles based sextet, “The Fitz and the Tantrums”, the pop combo who’s hits like “out of my league” and “the walker” have topped the charts as back to back singles.
Also taking the stage opening day is the Nashville band “The Features”, who are known far and wide as one of the best live rock combos around.
The show will be at the Corning preserve boat launch, under the 787 overpass, because of the rain.
The show will go from 5 until 8 p.m.
