Saratoga Sheriff's Office announce arrests during DMB concerts
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office have announced they arrested four people during the Dave Matthews Band concerts at SPAC.
According to authorities, on May 30 and 31, police combined efforts to actively patrol the area surrounding SPAC during the Dave Matthews Band concerts in order to combat illegal drug activity.
The Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Lawrence Lee, 26, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third, both felonies. He is also charged with controlled substance in the seventh, a misdemeanor.
Lee is accused of selling MDMA to an individual in a Stewart’s parking lot. Lee was arrested and remanded to the custody of the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
Four others were also arrested by the Sheriff’s office for unlawful possession of marijuana.
The Sheriff’s Office also issued 23 traffic tickets.
