Sheriff: New Jersey woman arrested for DWI in Lake George
LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. - A New Jersey woman is accused of driving with a BAC twice the legal limit.
According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, on Saturday around 2:30 a.m., police stopped a vehicle for driving without headlights on Canada Street. Upon investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated, say authorities.
The Sheriff's Office said they arrested Christine Sondermeyer, 43, after a test revealed her BAC was .16-percent.
Sondermeyer was processed and issued tickets for driving while intoxicated and operating without headlights. She is expected to be in court at a later date.
