ALBANY, N.Y.—An Albany man pleaded guilty in Albany county court Wednesday.
Cee-Quan Collier-Hudson, 20, pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Robbery in the first degree.
On November 22, 2013, Collier-Hudson arranged to meet with an individual who he communicated with over Facebook under the pretense of purchasing an Iphone.
Once he met up with the victim to purchase the phone, Collier-Hudson pulled up his shirt to show the victim he had a handgun, and walked away with the phone without paying.
The guilty plea also satisfies charges that on November 28, 2013, utilizing a different Facebook account, arranged to meet two people to purchase a PlayStation 3. Upon meeting the victims, he grabbed the PlayStation 3 and fled.
Collier-Hudson faces 9 years in State Prison when sentenced on July 2.
