DUANESBURG, N.Y. – The New York State Police arrested a Carlisle man for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers stopped Jacob Bradt Tuesday near the intersection of Route 20 and 30 in the Town of Duanesburg and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage while interviewing him.
The 29-year-old refused all roadside field sobriety tests and was placed into custody for DWI. He was sent back to police barracks for processing and registered a BAC of .26 percent.
Bradt was released on appearance tickets to the Town of Duanesburg Court on June 6.
