Johnstown teen arrested for grand larceny


JOHNSTOWN, N.Y.—A Johnstown teen was arrested for grand larceny on Thursday.

A 17-year-old was arrested after a five month investigation into several vehicle thefts.

After stealing a 2005 Jeep Cherokee and crashing the vehicle into a utility pole in Fulton County, the teen was arrested and charged with one count of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, a felony.

The police are still investigating and said more arrests could be made.

The 17-year-old was arraigned in the city of Johnstown court and remanded on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
