Queensbury man arrested for trespassing

QUEENSBURY, N.Y.—A Queensbury man was arrested on Wednesday after approaching a young child outside a day care center.

Paul Mazoureix, 36, was charged with Trespass in the third degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Outside the day care center, Mazoureix attempted to get the child to leave his mother’s side and touched the child on his stomach before walking away.

Mazoureix followed another parent inside the center and was not authorized to be in the building. He had contact with other children prior to being escorted from the building.

No children were harmed.

Mazoureix was sent to the Warren County jail for lack of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
