ALBANY, N.Y. – A Hannacroix man has been sentenced to state prison after he pleaded guilty to accusations that he sold heroin in the presence of a toddler.
Latrell Seals, 23, pleaded guilty to one Count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a felony, in April. He will serve four years in state prison followed by three years of post-release supervision.
On January 27, at Coeymans home, Seals sold heroin in the presence of a 2-year-old child who was living in the home. Members of the Coeymans Police Department witnessed the transaction and arrested Seals.
The court also ordered Seals to forfeit $5,000 in illegal narcotics profits.
