SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – A Saratoga Springs teen faces several charges after allegedly stealing a car Sunday morning.
Police charged Damen Davis-Breuer, 18, with both misdemeanor and felony criminal possession of stolen property, and felony grand larceny.
Saratoga Springs Police received a complaint at 9 a.m. Sunday that a BMW had been stolen from the front of a residence on Nelson Avenue. At 2:16 a.m. Monday, a patrol officer checking the ice rink facility on Weibel Avenue located the car behind the rink.
Davis-Breuer was inside the car and taken into custody. At the time of the arrest, the BMW had different plates that had been stolen as well.
He was arraigned and committed to county jail.
