Albany man pleads guilty to distribution of child pornography
ALBANY, N.Y. – A 63-year-old man pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography in federal court Thursday.
Paul Scrom faces a statutory mandatory minimum sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 20 years as well as a lifetime term of supervised release, a maximum fine of $250,000 and mandatory registration as a sex offender.
