ALBANY, N.Y. - The New York State Assembly will take time to focus on New Yorker's with disabilities.
At the Capitol on Monday, the Assembly is holding their annual Disabilities Awareness Day.
More than 40 organizations will help provide information on a range of topics to assembly members and their staff.
A number of events will focus on the newest programs and services available to those with disabilities. The assembly is expected to vote on legislation that would impact those residents.
