Man accused of driving drunk with four children in his car
WARRENSBURG, N.Y. – A Warren County man is accused of driving drunk with four children in his vehicle.
According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday they received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Grand Avenue. Upon arrival, police found the vehicle was stuck on an off road trail.
Upon investigation, authorities say they determined the driver, William Arnold, 35, was intoxicated. A test showed that Arnold’s BAC was .20-percent, nearly three times the legal limit.
The Sheriff’s Office said Arnold was also driving with his four children in the vehicle.
He has been charged with two counts of aggravated DWI and one count felony DWI. Arnold also has a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
