ALBANY, N.Y.—A Troy man was sentenced to State Prison on Wednesday.
Alphonzo Hicks Jr., 58, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated on March 19.
On February 3, officers with the Guilderland Police Department responded to a call involving Hicks attempting to enter a diner in Guilderland that was closed and locked.
