GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Glens Falls man after he allegedly sold drugs to a police informant.
During a police investigation, Angel Gonzalez, 43, sold heroin on two separate occasions to a police informant and sold suboxone on a third occasion. Gonzalez’s seven-year-old child was present during one of the transactions.
Gonzalez was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and one count of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree.
Gonzalez was arraigned in Warren County Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
