State Police: Woman faces felonies after driving while impaired, speeding
BETHLEHEM, N.Y. – State Police say they arrested a woman on felony charges after she was caught driving 76 mph in a 45 mph zone.
According to authorities, Lucia Mrozek, was seen speeding on State Route 443 in Bethlehem on May 3. Mrozek was pulled over and Troopers say she had a revoked New York State Driver’s license for a previous alcohol related conviction.
Mrozek allegedly refused to submit any sobriety tests. She was charged with Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
State Police say the Ballston Lake woman was arraigned in town court and will reappear on Tuesday.
