ALBANY, N.Y.—An Altamont man pleaded guilty on Monday to driving drunk and crashing into a fence.
Wesley Pulsifer, 30, pleaded guilty to one count of Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated.
On March 26, 2014, Pulsifer was operating a vehicle when he crashed into a fence. Witnesses who observed the crash saw Pulsifer attempting to back the vehicle out of a ditch near the fence twice before police arrived.
Pulsifer failed multiple sobriety tests and was taken into custody where he registered a BAC of .11 percent. He now faces 1 ½ to 4 ½ years in State Prison when sentenced on June 23.
Additionally, Pulsifer must also install an Ignition Interlock Device for three years, pay a $2,000 fine and have his license revoked for a minimum of one year.
