ALBANY, N.Y. – A Hannacroix man has pleaded guilty to accusations that he sold heroin in the presence of a toddler.
Latrell Seals, 23, pleaded guilty to one Count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a felony, on Monday morning.
On January 27, at Coeymans home, Seals sold heroin in the presence of a 2-year-old child who was living in the home. Members of the Coeymans Police Department witnessed the transaction and arrested Seals.
Seals faces four years in State Prison, which will be followed by three years of Post Release Supervision. He will remain in custody at the Albany County Correctional Facility to await sentencing. The Court also ordered Seals to forfeit $5,000 in illegal narcotics profits.?
