Khan sentencing adjourned until July

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- The sentencing of a local man found guilty of murder has been adjourned until July 25.

Nicholas Kahn pleaded guilty to murder after a deadly shooting near a Schenectady school.

Schenectady County's District Attorney says Khan admitted his role in the death of William Riddick this past November.

According to the D.A., Khan and Gilbert Willams were in a car chase with Riddick -- after Riddick allegedly robbed Khan and stole his car earlier that night.

The chase ended with Riddick shot and killed, his car crashing near Mont Pleasant Middle School.

Khan is due back in court on July 15.
