ALBANY, N.Y. – Governor Cuomo is urging the federal government to recall a toy that could be dangerous to children.
The toy is known as “clingy darts.”
The State Division of Consumer Protection said the toy contains six times the allowable amount of a dangerous chemical called DEHP.
The toy is sold at stores throughout New York State, including the dollar tree.
If your child has it, Cuomo said you can simply throw the darts away or wait for further recall instructions.
