UPDATE: This search has been postponed until further notice.

GLENVILLE, N.Y. -  State Police say there will be a canine search in connection to a 2004 missing persons case on Wednesday.

Troopers, along with other members of law enforcement will be conducting a canine search in connection with the Craig Frear case on April 16.

The search will be conducted in the area of Maple Avenue at Alplaus Avenue in the Town of Glenville. Police say the search is weather permitting.
Police are searching the area after receiving two leads following last spring's search of the wooded area behind the Glenville Price Chopper.
Frear was last seen on June 27, 2004 walking along railroad tracks bordering Cambridge Manor Apartments in Scotia. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a short sleeve white t-shirt, and white Adidas sneakers with three black stripes. He was also believed to be wearing a gold chain with a St. Christopher medal.  He is 5'11", with red hair and brown eyes.
