New Property Investors Tackle Mindset Challenges in Volatile Market

Posted: Updated:

Learning the strategies to create wealth using property investing is one thing but having the mindset to implement those strategies is another process that new investors must be prepared to master, especially in an everchanging market.

Brisbane, Australia – April 8, 2014 /MM-SM/ —

Despite what some may believe, it is never to late to start on the wealth creation strategy of property investing, but experienced investors warn newbies to mentally prepare for the inevitable challenges that lie ahead.

Since playing the property investing game for almost a decade, Matt Jones from Queensland Australia has learnt the hard way that being a successful property investor is 30% skill and 70% mindset.

“The most important part of creating the right mindset is having a valued support network around you.” says Jones who runs popular networking groups in his hometown of Brisbane that are sometimes referred to as the AA of property investing.

“People flock to our events because embarking on a career as a property investor can be frowned upon by work colleagues, family members and even spouses” Jones adds “Being able to enter an environment that is safe and supportive can take your mindset as a property investor to a whole new level.”

Jones first started applying the methodology of Steve McKnight Back in 2005 and was approached to share his subdivision success story in a chapter of McKnights best selling Property Investment book. He has also been featured in the Australian Property Investor magazine.
