HALFMOON, N.Y. – The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office say they arrested a man for possessing several drugs.
According to authorities, a patrol-initiated suspicious vehicle complaint at a McDonald's led to the arrested of John Driscoll IV, 23. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a felony.
Driscoll allegedly possessed ecstasy with the intent to sell. He has also been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree for allegedly possessing heroin and crystal methamphetamine. He is also charged for allegedly possessing a hypodermic needle.
Driscoll was arraigned and remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
