David Cassidy case moves forward in Schodack court

SCHODACK, N.Y. - The local case against Partridge Family starDavid Cassidy moves forward on Wednesday, though he will not be back inthe area for it.

Cassidy, 63, was supposed to be in court back in March, but thedate had to be adjourned because he was in rehab.  Hislawyer confirmed with NEWS10 ABC that Cassidy is still in rehab and they areseeking adjournment.

He had twice the legal BAC level when he was pulled over in LosAngeles in January after making an illegal U-turn.

Cassidy, a regular at the Saratoga Race Course, was charged with a felony DWI in August onthe Columbia Turnpike near Miller Road around 2 in the morning. He had a BAC of.10 percent.

Cassidy was previously arrested for DUI in Florida in 2010, makingthis recent arrest a felony charge.
